This machine comes included with initialization charge chips affixed the refillable cartridges. This machine requires the ongoing use of compatible ink chips affixed to the cartridges. When the ink in the printer says it needs changed, a new chip needs affixed to the cartridge. Chipless firmware or other modifications are not currently available for 7820.

What is a chipped printer?
A chipped printer is a printer that requires ink chips affixed to the cartridges for compatibility.
7820 comes included with initialization chips affixed to the sublimation cartridges to get you started. When the machine reports ink levels are empty, you must refill the cartridge as well as replace the chip.
Is this machine easy to setup?
7820 is made simple to setup with included step by step guide.

What’s the difference between this machine and one at the a retail store?
7820 has been modified by us for sublimation work. The retail store model can be converted but isn’t the same machine being offered. This machine is turnkey, and is offered with support from us.
Do you warranty this machine?
All machines offered by us come included with warranty against dead on arrival products, defects as determined by us, and damages as the result of shipping, within 14 days of delivery.
Are you able to ship to a PO Box?
No, unfortunately we cannot ship to a PO Box.
How will my order ship?
Paper Bryan Company uses UPS Ground services. 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air services are available upon request. Please message us with your physical address and we’ll prepare some rates for your consideration.
When will my order ship?
We ship your order fast! We only offer machines in stock on hand, and we ship your order within 24 hours or one business day, Monday through Friday. *We do not ship on holidays, weekends or any other time UPS does not offer pickup for Ground packages.
Do you offer returns?
No we’re sorry, we do not offer returns on this product once the product has been opened. This is a customize machine for you. In the event of defects or damage, the machine will be replaced with another brand new machine within our warranty period.
